We want everyone to have a fabulous worry-free time. We do have some rules and regulations that you are agreeing to when you book a tour with Whidbey Wine Tasting Tours.

The experience is about discovering the wines & spirits and enjoying the scenery of Whidbey Island. The wineries & distilleries and Whidbey Wine Tasting Tours want you to have a great time, but the wineries and distilleries prefer groups and individuals who are interested in learning a little about their wines & spirits while enjoying a fun and relaxing afternoon of tasting. If you are looking for a rowdy party bus, we are probably not the right venue for you.

By booking a tour or event rental we assume you have reviewed and consented to the terms and conditions listed below:

At least one payment in full is required at the time of the booking to secure your group placement on the calendar. If you are not covering the entire cost of the tour or event, then we request that each person in your party individually provide an email for invoicing prior to the event or tour. All booking must be paid in full at least 48 hrs in advance unless other arrangements are made. See below for cancellation.

Tour cancellation policy:

All tours require a minimum of 2 people. If we do not meet the required minimum, the tour might be canceled and you will receive a full refund.

48 hrs. minimum cancellation notification needed for a full refund.

Because of tour logistics, cancellations with less notice than the above are non-refundable. If a trip is canceled for any reason by Whidbey Wine Tasting Tours, you will be refunded in full, or rescheduled if you choose, depending on availability.

Whidbey Wine Tasting Tours Safety Policies:

People must remain seated when the van is moving to avoid possible personal injury.

By law, no hands or heads are allowed outside open windows when the vehicle is moving.

Anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law from drinking alcohol. Passengers may be asked to show ID prior to boarding.

Smoking or Vaping of any kind is prohibited in the vehicles and the grounds of the Wineries and Distilleries.

Illicit drug use of any kind is prohibited in the vehicles and the grounds of the Wineries and Distilleries.

Any guest or guests in a "private group tour" who get totally inebriated and became an unmanageable problem may void the remainder of the tour for all.

Any guest or guests who is unruly and threatens the safety of the driver or other passengers, or damage to the vehicles, will be removed at a safe location and will be responsible for his or her own way home with no refund.

If anyone gets sick in the vehicles, a $200.00 cleaning fee (per vehicle) will be charged to the booking guest's credit card on file.

The company will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property. If it is an "open group tour", make sure you take your valuables with you when exiting the vehicle at all stops.

The vehicles will be inspected before and after each tour. In the event of any damages occurring to the vehicles by the guests, the booking guest's credit card on file will be charged for those repairs accordingly.

The company has the right to terminate service for breach of any of the above violations without a refund.

If the Whidbey Wine Tasting Tours needs to cancel an event or tour for any reason, you will be issued a full refund or can be rescheduled if requested.
